How do I create an account?
Download the Deuce app and sign up using your email address. Follow the onboarding process to set up your profile and start connecting with players.
How do I find nearby players?
Make sure location permissions are enabled in your device settings. The app will show you nearby players, courts, and games based on your location.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account by going to Settings > Delete Account in the app. Please note that some data may be retained in anonymized form as described in our Privacy Policy.
I'm having trouble with messaging
Make sure you have a stable internet connection and that the app is up to date. If issues persist, try logging out and back in, or contact support.
How do I report a user?
You can block and report users directly within the app. If you need additional assistance, please contact us at the email above with details about the issue.
