Ten hard courts that received a full renovation in 2022, making them some of the best public hard courts in the city. Beautiful park setting that's especially scenic in fall. Co-operated by the Riverside Tennis Association and NYC Parks. In season: permit required, sign-ups open 1 hour in advance from 7am. In winter: when the gate is open, no pass needed -- first-come first-served. Water fountains and restrooms outside the courts. Open year-round, 6am-4pm/8pm (varies by month).
